I got this to wear with my scrubs and it's perfect! It keeps you warm but not hot while working! It's comfortable over or under my scrubs. I normally wear a women's M/L (5"2, 170 lb) and the XL fits perfectly! It's loose enough not to restrict, but not baggy.

This is a must have piece of your wardrobe . It can be used as a base layer or an individual shirt depending on the temperature . It allows you the flexibility to stay safe and cool as the days get warmer .

The fit is great but the sleeves are a little too long. Bonus thumb holes I didn't know about when I ordered it though!
