This isn't a super thick jacket but it sure keeps you warm! It has a nice enough heaviness and layers but not too heavy. Love the color, I got the Olive one. Arm length and size are a true fit. Great jacket, great quality, , so happy with my purchase!

This is the very 1st jacket/coat I can move in! My arms can lift, pull forward, bend, basically any movement! Warmth level I'd give it a 5 star as it is very warm, but still thin. Super cute. I ordered the wine color and it is not bright, more like a muted red/purple wine color. I wear a size 16 pants, a large or x-large top depending on brand & material, and I ordered a size x-large. It fits perfect so do not size up. I will say in the x-large a thick sweater or sweatshirt would not work underneath, if you plan on wearing something thick underneath size up. Definitely recommend this jacket!

I purchased this jacket in preparation for winter weather and I am so glad that I did. I was very impressed at how quickly my shipment came: 2 days, which was just in time for our first snow of the season. I was also impressed at how warm it is. The fit is great and it's pretty comfortable too. It also has a lot of pockets. This was my first Carhartt purchase and I'm certain there will be more. Great jacket!

Love the Jacket. Looks good and enough pockets to not have to take a purse. So glad I found this one! Will last a long time. Not too heavy and not light. Perfect!
