Tougher than the weather, this men's water resistant puffer jacket is made to fight wind and repel light rain. Cordura® and triple-stitched seams provide long-lasting durability. A relaxed fit offers a little extra room to move.

How to Measure

CHEST:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Feels really sturdy. I used it all winter long in Canadian weather and it's more than adequate. I wish the inside pocket would be a bit bigger but it's not alarming at all.

Nice jacket
I got this on sale with a discontinued color. I kinda wish I had picked up two! It's a nice jacket, easy to layer under for more warmth, but fine on its own. Good pockets. I like the cuffs so it keeps me covered well. I live in the PNW, in an area famous for our rainy season, and it's been great for keeping me dry when I'm out doing farm chores this fall and winter. It also does well in the washer, no special settings.

Not water repellent
I love this jacket, but it does not repel water at all. I was out in the rain for 5 minutes and I was soaked through. Not what I expect from an expensive Carhartt jacket. Pros are that it's warm and comfortable, as long as you don't get it wet. Rain Defender-not.
