Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Great workout / All around shirt
Perfect workout shirt that my Son gave to me for Christmas. I like the camo pattern. The stretch fabric fits very well and comfortably, doesn't hang in your face during a brutal hot yoga workout.

Excellent!!
My husband likes light weight shirts so I ordered him the blue one. He wears a 2 Xlarge so ordered him a 2 xlarge. Fits him perfect and he loves it. Wish there were more colors. Not so sure he would like the white/tan.

the fabric is just what i wanted for hot Mississippi weather. The color matches my carhartt pants perfectly. Now I have two shirts and two pants that are the same which indicates how much i like them. The tail is a little long and gets caught under my backside but not as long as the "dress" that this shirt was replacing! Really like it.
