How to Measure

CHEST:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

NATURAL WAIST:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

HIPS:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Most comfortable kneepads
I'm a small guy, 5'8 150lbs I wear a 30x30 and buy the xl kneepads. The small size recommended for me would always fall out and there is nothing more frustrating than fighting these during the work day. Getting a large or xl pair of these and trimming them to fit has made these the best kneepad system I have tried.

Nice but would not buy again.
They do protect my knees. A couple things I do not like. They can only be worn in one pair a pants, switching them takes too much work to be realistic. My pants seemed to wear holes in the knees faster. The double front pants have been a super benefit and do not wear through nearly as fast as other brands. But with the knee pads in they seem to wear through as fast as any other pant.

The pants and knee pads that go with them were a present for my husband. He loves them. Much better snd easier to use than the ones you strap on!
