They sent me FOR FREE a replacement slider and two stops. Took maybe 15 minutes to remove old slider and two teeth using a side cutting dykes, then to figure out how to trim back heat sealed edge of zipper fabric (with a razor blade) and slide the new one on. Put the old stop back on with a set of pliers and zipped the coat up and... discovered that the pull was inside not outside. Duh! Two minutes later, back together with pull out.

Took a little doing to get the new slide on the zipper but now my 25 year old jacket is working fine. No more paper clip.
