Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hips:

Very nice heavy sweatshirt
Very nice heavy sweatshirt. I ordered my usual size of 2 xl but I think it's a bit oversized. Which I don't mind because I can wear another tee shirt under it if I like . I thought maybe it would shrink down when I washed and dried it but it didn't. I really like the shirt and will be ordering a different color in the future.

Not for plus size
Color and quality of the material is great. The fit is horrible for plus size. I normally wear an XXL. But bought a 3xl for more room. It is so boxy and huge around the waist. Had to return it.
