Carhartt offers a variety of shipping options so your order arrives when you need it. Shipping and handling charges depend on the destination and the value of your order. Please refer to the correct tab to determine shipping costs. The posted delivery times are estimates but will help you identify the shipping option that is right for you.

Please note that we process orders very quickly, this means that once an order is placed we are unable to modify your shipping method. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that our faster processing times work to your advantage.
When an order has been made after 1:00 pm on a Friday, the process of this order will start on the following Monday

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. You can return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Returns can be sent back to us free of charge for all countries.

We only accept returns from orders placed on carhartt.com in Europe. It may take up to 21 business days for your return to be processed.

Follow the instructions below to start the return process:

  • • Step 1: Use our NEW DIGITAL RETURNS PROCESS and fill in the necessary information: the order number that appears on the order confirmation email and the email address used to purchase your order.
  • • Step 2: Select the item and quantity of the item you want to return. Additional comments may be added before the process resumes.
  • • Step 3: Scroll down the page and click the "Done" button. Then click "Next" to validate your return request.
  • • Step 4: Next you will be given two options. The first option is to use a mobile QR code that can be taken to a Royal Mail point. The code is scanned and the return label is printed for you. The second option is to print the enclosed return label yourself with a printer and stick it on the package. It can then be handed in at a Royal Mail point.
  • • Step 5: Please ensure that items returned to Carhartt are in good condition and securely packaged in the chosen packaging. If possible, use the original box.

• You can drop off the package at a Royal mail point near you.

• You can easily track your return package online using the tracking link provided after your return has reached the carrier's first hub.

If you have lost the return label or it was missing in your package, please email customer service to request a new return label. Please do not send a package back without a return label as we might not be able to process the return.
