Follow these steps using the UPS Ground Shipping Document:
1. Fill out the Carhartt Return Copy found in the middle section of your packing slip.
2. Circle the item(s) you are returning and enter a reason code (see below) in the column on the left.
3. Include the Carhartt Return Copy in your return package so we can process the return.
4. Attach the Return Address Labl found below the Carhartt Return Copy to our package.
We suggest shipping the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance, as Carhartt is unable to provide credit for packages lost during shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable
Note:The Return Address Label is not pre-paid.

01 Too large
02 Too small
03 Does not meet expectations
04 Ordered multiple sizes/colours
05 Material or colour differs from display
06 Article is defective/damaged
07 Delivered too late
08 Wrong item delivered
09 Other reason
If you do not have the original packing slip, please include a note inside the return package with the following information: reason for returning item(s), order number, purchaser's name, address, and telephone number. Your order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment email, through Order History in 'My Account' on Carhartt.com, or by calling Carhartt Customer Service at +44 1223 790199.
