Great Work Pants, Not Big Thigh Friendly
I want to start by saying I love these pants. I love how they fit and how they feel. I work in automotive at an OEM and these go through the day to day wear like a champ. Until they don't.
I have to buy two pairs every 6 months due to them wearing out in the inner thighs and ripping. The only reason these pants don't get 5 stars is because of that fact.
My request is that Carhartt reinforces the inner thighs for prolonged wear.
I will keep buying these, but might have to resort to altering them more than I normally do (I have to hem them because I am only 5'2"). I would definitely pay a little more for more durable pants.

work pants, nice enough to go out in.
Love these pants! Fit great and easier to move in than jeans. I ordered 3 pair. They are flattering and sturdy, but not stiff.
They have a little extra room in the lower hip area which I don't need, but it isn't too bad. I don't carry weight there, but I notice most women's jeans and work pants have the same issue, regardless of manufacturer.
Overall, very pleased.

these are great pants, pockets actually work and fit all my stuff, i can do actual work in them and not worry about them tearing. i'm 5'7" 130 pounds with around a 27 inch waist, i got the 4 which is a bit too wide at the waist but otherwise fits well. i wish these were a little baggier throughout.

Lasted 5 months
Had the original fit of these for 4 years of heavy wear (still have one pair still in use) when I needed to replace some was disappointed to only find relaxed fit. But I like canvas pants and carhartt had the best quality canvas pants I found. Do not like the new fit at all, they don't fit over my boots properly and are hard to layer with under clothes. And after 5 months of regular wear the crotch wore out, that's ridiculous for the price. I'm going to buy another pair a size up to see if that fixes some of the issues but if not and they wear out again I'm going to have to start looking for another brand.

Being a woman and having thick thighs the material in that are could be made better. Its doing that thing where it gets like beads of material when washed which leads to that area thinning so 70 dollar are of pants wont last that long

Disposable pants
These pants blew out in the crotch after only 6 months of wear! Sad because the fit is good, but I can't be buying disposable work pants.

Not what they used to be
Tighter fit than this style used to be. Also, waist on me is high rise in the back and low rise on the front which is uncomfortable. Wish they'd bring the looser fit with mid rise back.

Carpenter pants
I really like these work pants. I am an electrician .commercial electrician, so I need a work pants that is comfortable and flexible and hold up. I like the fit. I did have to return the first. Couple pairs I bought because they were too big even though I did measure my hip area so I had to get the size smaller.i would buy these again
