Fine for what they are, functionally I only tried these on but they immediately felt very cosy, they didn’t look tight but with the extra layer they were close fitting. I’m definitely interested in some lined trousers like this because in winter I can get to a point where I’m wearing underwear and two sets of wool leggings with trousers and I think the issue there is the waist elastic becomes increasingly pressured and thick. Many trousers are only flannel lined and tbh you want something with a bit more wallop as here with polyester fleece. On the downside for me it’s a pity they are poly cotton twill, this always looks very shiny and I don’t like that, it would be much better in cotton canvas or duck. I’m not sure on the elasticated waist for the reasons above, there’s already some of that going on with underwear, but perhaps this allows for extra layers. The price seems very good but with these having no options for knee protection I’d like them to be less of a work uniform feel.

Very disappointed. Wore them twice ice fishing and the first time I washed them they ripped in the washer. These are not cheap and to have them last through one washing is ridiculous

Great winter pants. Super comfortable and warm. I am a longtime Carhartt buyer. Bought a second pair of these for the long Vermont winters. My only question/complaint is why they are only available in one color . I would buy more if other colors were available.
