Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hips:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Size runs Large
The Quality is exceptional however the best seems to run much larger then expected. I usually purchase the me s sweatshirts in medium because the shoulders are wide and have a more comfortable fit then a woman's large and I though a woman's medium would fit just right for the vest but I'm swimming in it!

It's not comparable to older model
I wanted to add another vest to my wardrobe so that I could have one for more layering. I was eager for the bigger chest pocket than my 10 year old vest. The quality is not great. I think I should have looked for a used one. My only option is to try to wash it multiple times to try for the shape I miss. Also the Sherpa lining feels cheaper.

Great, minus size.
Everything I wanted except the size. If youre legitimately a small person, the small will not fit you correctly. I have to reorder in extra small for the correct fit. It does not look right on me because the small is more like a medium.
