Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Farewell old friend
I had mixed emotions about the purchase: I had to give up my 10 year old, broken in duck vest for this new one. The new one was everything I expected. And my work crew is full of compliments. Still can't part with the old one just yet...IT'S VINTAGE.

Happy Husband
This is the second best I bought for my husband the first on 11 years ago he wears it all winter long so he definitely needed a new one, this one is different but he loves this one as well because it blocks the rain and wind. I would love to get him another like his first one, he gets so much use of it, but I love his new one and so does he.
