How to Measure

Note:For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

Chest:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Zipper issues
I have been getting 2 each year for several years. One for my husband and one for me. Although we love the jacket, the zipper always fails within the year. Few years ago you had a nice chocolate brown color, that was the nicest color, we opted for black this year as we do not like the mustard looking brown. Saying all this we love the versatality of the jacket. Wind proof, semi blocks water, lightweight, you can layer under or over. I take mine horseback riding and fits in my saddlebag as it takes up very little room. It is ashame the zipper is so poorly done. For the money I would expect a better working zipper that lasts a lot longer than a year, 6 months actually wearing it.

Plastic Bag
Great way to waste $109.00. This jacket feels like you're wearing a plastic bag. Material doesn't breathe nor does it keep you warm via insulation. It just traps your body heat, causes you to sweat and then you become cold. The fit is also odd as the bottom hem feels quite short. It was my first time with the Carhart brand and I fear the price is just for the name and no longer good quality material. Very disappointed.
