Not what I want.
They stopped production of the hooded version, so this is the least bad option available. Inside zipper pocket still weak tiny zipper.

Nice vest, wrong zipper
Nice looking vest. I tried a couple on for size and color. I might have parted with the $90 bucks, they are nice looking and the fit is comfortable. The main front zipper was a definite deal breaker. I've fought other small zippers on other coats, jackets, etc. To much of a hassle messing around trying to get that small zipper to work.

Be sure of your size before ordering.
This is my 3rd vest if this exact type. I didn't realize when ordering this latest vest that it is now a "loose fit". I have an athletic build and this vest is still very big around my midsection even over a thick hooded sweatshirt. Aside from that, it's still the same quality that Cathardt has always been.

Very nice, I have the dark brown, Lrg, and its roomy enough, heavier than I expected meaning it will be warmer, also seems very durable. Good looking too.

Vest is great, warm, plenty of pockets. My only gripe is the zipper teeth and slider are too small. It's difficult to get the zipper started, especially when wearing gloves. A beefier zipper with a larger slider would make initial engagement easier.
