How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

measure women's pants

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length.

Rugged comfort
I use these for upland bird hunting and other outdoor activities where a little more protection is needed. They work great and fit well. Comfortable enough to put miles in and loose enough to allow for under layers. The heavy duck material stands up to brush, briars and hard use.

Great pants, would buy again.
Great rugged feel. Nice sturdy cotton. It's a loose fit, but more of a loose fit from the knees down. It's a bit tight in the pockets or I just have monster quads, which I'm willing to accept. Would have been nice if the hammer pocket was as wide as the phone pocket on the right side, so I can also put my phone on the left side if I wanted to. Sizing wise, I'm 6 feet tall, the 32 inch length will get me right on the ankles, maybe a tad too short but it's okay. Definitely going with 34 inches next time.

Way too tight on loose fit pants
I like the extra room in the legs in the loose fit, but the waist is too tight. I ordered a 38 waist and there's no way it's a 38 waist. It's too tight. That's the same for other loose fit pants I've ordered from Carhartt.
