Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Stiff as a board.
I'm usually well satisfied with Carhartt products, but this is an exception. When it's advertised as being stiff, they mean it; like stiff as a board. I've washed it a couple of times and rolled and unrolled it multiple times to no avail. It's almost unwearable.

A great working man's vest
Highly recommended. The first vest lasted close to 15 years with daily usage. It's still wearable but tattered. It's a working man's vest.
