Active jack van gewassen duck-materiaal

I am a long-time wearer of many different Carhartt products and just ordered my 4th Active Jac. I am also a member of the Carhartt Crew (they claim they consulted us on improvements but I never received anything). All 3 of my previous Activ Jacs were the "old" design, and the last 2 were Moss color. I re-ordered the same item I have gotten in the past but when it came it has some claimed "improvements" that actually make the jacket WORSE: * The new sleeve cuffs are HORRIBLE. The exposed elastic on the old style was one of the benefits of the jacket; the cuffs stayed tight to your wrists. The new ones with the extra material covering the elastic strip get caught on everything around your wrists. Because of this I can't do half of the things my job requires while wearing this coat. * The new lining is slippery instead of fabric. This does make it easier to slip into the coat but it has a cold feeling and doesn't keep you as warm as the old fabric quilting. * The inside zipper pocket is "sideways" (the zipper is on the side instead of the top). Who uses a pocket like this? Every time I open the jacket and unzip that pocket whatever is in it falls out onto the ground. * The cut is not as loose as before. This isn't a deal-breaker, but be ready to order one size up from what you normally wear. * The Moss color is not as green as before. Also not a deal-breaker, but it looks faded right from the start instead of the nice deep green they used to make. Overall this jacket is a huge disappointment. I tried to give it a chance and wore it for a few weeks so now can't return it. I guess I will make due until I can replace it with a different product.

My daughter asked for this for a gift. She is VERY petite in height and weight. I was skeptical with her getting a men's but she wanted a relaxed fit to layer for work. She works in a warehouse/office setting. Fits her exactly as she wanted and she loves it!

Very good quality. This coat kept my sons warm during freezing temperatures!

Front pocket stiches are coming off fresh out of the package,, nice looking jacket but the stiches for my front pocket is coming off where i can put my finger through it?? i paid nearly 200$ CAD for it.
