How to Measure

Note:For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

measure men's coat

Chest:

Measure just under arms and across shoulder blades holding the tape firm and level. If your chest falls between sizes, order the next size up.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

One Major Flaw
This jacket is very nice and warm but there is one fatal flaw -- There is no flap of fabric behind the zipper to block the wind. When the wind is really blowing, it shoots right through the zipper area and is freezing cold. Some of the other jackets you make have this feature but this one doesn't. This would be an easy fix that would make this jacket perfect.

Stylish/effects other pieces of clothing
The Jacket is very warm. Very roomie, my only thing is how it pushes the under shirt forward and it makes it look like its looping down. When i have my chain on it doesn't look right. Also as the say goes by, by my wrists it folds over. But besides that it's very warm.

Excellent Jacket
I'm not entirely sure of a company that makes clothing this well and at this price point, this jacket is no exception. I normally wear size large with Carhartt's jackets but went with a medium with this version. I'm 6'2" and 200lbs. For layering I'm sure a large would've worked as well but it's plenty warm especially when moving around.

five stars because I had this coat for 25 years it finally wore out. this new one felt the same as the first one. time will only tell. this jacket is very warm. also, it blocks the wind. it is the loose fit style lots of room in it. the only downside is the zipper is stiff. hope it breaks in. I would recommend this jacket.
