Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Do Not Purchase If Not on Sale
The material is thin and cheap. It is NOT even your typical FORCE material which is thinner than a standard carhartt t-shirt. I only recommend purchasing if you are not paying full price for it. The shirt is NOT worth MSRP!
