Rain Defender™ Relaxed Fit Heavyweight Hooded Shirt Jac

I am pleased with my purchase. I am 6', about 180 lbs., and I ordered the Large. I read LOTS of reviews (1 star review - 5 star reviewers) before purchasing, and I am pleasantly surprised with the fit of the jacket. SEVERAL reviewers stated the jacket runs large, one or two stated it runs "true to size", so, what is the "real deal"? I believe it runs pretty true to its stated size. The large is a little large on me, and the sleeves are a bit long. I have long arms (wear shirt size 16 X 34-35") and the large jacket sleeves are a bit too long. So, it is NOT a "tailored fit look", but I personally prefer the jacket to be a bit larger to enable me to wear a sweater of hoodie underneath. The Medium size may have been a better fit; not sure; but I also wanted the grey jacket (which is almost black in color) and it has a somewhat sculptured fit in the way it was designed. I am MOST pleased. PAY HEED: Do NOT attempt to put anything in what "appears to be" inside pockets, as these are NOT inside pockets, they are the inside lining for the two outside access pockets. Several people "assume" them to be pockets only to have had their cell phones drop to the floor.

Great jacket to wear in unpredictable Irish weather. I am 166cm ( 5'6 ) and 75kg wearing size S and it is fits perfectly and comfortable to be layered. The quality and build of the jacket is superb. However I do find that the lack of inner pocket for this jacket really disappoint me. The inner pocket compartment on the inside could’ve be stich together to make an inner pocket to keep your belonging safely.

Nice jacket needed something stop the rain and wind. Warm enough for spring and fall and will keep me dry also.

Really strong and sturdy jacket. Repels the rains exceptionally well. I would recommend it for work or even casual settings
