How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

measure women's pants

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length.

Used to be made in USA
It's amazing how far carhartt has fallen. I used to buy these pants every few years and the drop in quality in just the past 5 years is astonishing. You put your phone or a can in the pockets back then and it was no problem, now these pants show wear within a month and you can literally see the outline of what you're putting in your pockets. Cheap pants.

Great pants could be made better with easier kneepads
Just as expected: quality, tough, and good fit. I have to bend and crouch a lot in confined spaces and these pants work well for that. They would be a bit better with easier to manage kneepad pockets. The slits are small enough to make placement of pads a fiddly process. Trying to rearrange after laundry or first installing is a bit tricky. Would rather have a fast install and go solution. Otherwise, I love the pants.

Size Matters
Size (W34L32) is way different from normal sizes. Actually more like W28L34. We will donate them to a smaller(skinny)/taller person.
