How to Measure

Note: For best results measure over your undergarments. Use a cloth measuring tape.

measure women's pants

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hip/Seat:

Measure the fullest point between your natural waist and crotch.

Inseam:

Measure from your crotch down to the desired length on body. You may also measure pants that you currently own and like. Lay the garment flat and smooth out. Measure on the front from the crotch point along the seam to the hem for the inseam length.

As expected
They run small. Buy a size up for better fit. I only wear this style to farm in. Seems like the material is getting thinner.

They do not fit well: they're too tight in the waise. I have other pairs of Carhartt pants that are the same size that fit well. Otherwise they seem fine. I want to return these. How do I do that?

Good. Order a full size up.
The pants are great but the sizing is strange. I am usually a 32 waist, and I had heard they run small, so I ordered a 33. The 33 is still a bit tight. Order a full size up.

Loose Straight Washed Duck Dungaree
Truthfully, I'm not a fashion hound or clothes horse. I buy stuff to wear it out, use it up until it's literally gone. That's why I buy these jeans; they're thick, tough as nails and don't mind you testing them to the limit. So if you're looking to stand out in the crowd and wow all the ladies, buy something else, if you want a good pair of work, field pants: these are that.

Not true to size
Not true to size unfortunately. I got a 30x30 but it was way too big. Last month I purchased a similar pare of pants they came good but these once were off.
