Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Best investment I made
This is in addition to a jacket I already have. Reason to add was color. The jacket itself is fantastic. Lightweight, very comfortable room to twist and turn in no binding. Very fair price it shipped quickly. I have worn a tee shirt and this jacket, kept me very warm. I ordered direct because most retailers only carry black in the 3x size. Definitely recommend this jacket, no hesitations at all.
