Good General Spring/Fall Jacket
This is my second Carhartt jacket, which I got to be a spring and fall jacket. It’s been great in that temperature zone, but even for a Wisconsinite the lower limit for this is around 40 degrees. I haven’t been caught in a rainstorm with the jacket yet, but I reckon it’d handle just as well as my winter Carhartt jacket. The lining is nice, but it catches on clothes a bit more than I’d like - it’s not a smooth as straight nylon fabric, but it is slightly stretchy. The one thing I’d say is that if you are used to a Carhartt jacket that has Full Swing, you should consider ordering a size up - it definitely is much less of a work jacket than other Carhartts, and you will notice the more limited range of motion.

Really love the jacket. I generally wear an XL in jackets but the reviews said that it runs big so I ordered a large. The jacket fit perfect and still had room to put a thin hooded sweatshirt underneath it. The sleeves do run long. I have 35” length arms and the sleeve went 2” past my wrist. Still a great purchase. Sharp jacket.

Is this good for temperatures between 50-70 Fahrenheit?

What type of weather temperatures will this jacket work best on? I live in Florida, I’m looking for something between 55-70 Fahrenheit. My husband does home remodeling.
A shopper on Dec 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Should be comfortable in this temperature range. May be a little too warm at the upper end, (65 to 70) depending on the level of physical activity. If your husband does not get cold easily, he will probably find it more comfortable at the lower end of the temperature range. . Generally I wear mine in the 45 to 60 degree temperature range and add layers as needed.

A shopper on Dec 13, 2019
BEST ANSWER: This style will not be lined.
Does this run big like their t shirts, i’m usually a medium everywhere else and a medium carhartt t shirt fit me like a L?

henten A on Oct 28, 2019
