    Worth every dollar
I’m a commercial roofer so some sweatpants and a hoodie over thermals in this keeps me warm all day, no complaints. Lost my first one so I’m buying my 2nd. Must buy for anyone working outside during the cold weather.

Spend the money and buy these
I am 6' 2" and weigh 185 pounds. The 40 tall fit perfectly on me. With jeans and a zip up fleece they were a nice, close fit without binding when sitting or kneeling. They do a great job blocking the wind. If I am working in them I will only wear a t-shirt and jeans as you will get too hot if you wear anymore layers.

They are a little stiff at first but quickly loosen up as you move around. Highly recommend.

Do these coveralls withstand work very well? I’m in construction and need these to be able to survive
    A shopper on Oct 11, 2019
BEST ANSWER: You should consider both coveralls and bibs. Bibs cost less, are more ideal for work, you can change or remove a jacket if hot/wet. They should last a reasonable Long length of time.
For wet season they have a black rain bib and jacket. I get a lot of compliments on the jacket and wouldn’t change it. It retains its form (collars up) after being packed in a bag. Rain bib and jacket are tuff material that doesn’t seem to scar easy. I also recommend the blue jeans with fleece lining. I’ve purchased pants from diff places and those are my favorite. Fleece lined is the way to go for cold weather.
Do the pants have front and back pockets? And how well fitting is the hood?
    A shopper on Sep 30, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The pants do have front and back pockets, two back pockets. I don’t believe mine has a hood or if it does I’ve never used it. I bought a jacket along with these when I made my purchase and is it and it does have a hood and is pretty big fitting. I highly recommend these coveralls. I am a truck driver and work on the dock and these were a life saver!
Are the front zipper pockets large enough to put your hands in and how long are the zippers?
    A shopper on Sep 5, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The pocket zipper is about 8 inches and you can get your hand in the pocket but not up to your wrist, only 1/2 inch below your wrist. But the regular pockets are very deep and you can keep your hands warm in them. The front zipper is approx 25 inches long - from the neck to the crouch. My son loves his and wears it everyday in the winter - and I mean everyday!!
My height is 5’7” so my size falls between the short and regular sizes. Would you recommend going with the longer or shorter size? My waist is 30 and chest is 36. Thanks!
    A shopper on Aug 27, 2019
BEST ANSWER: We would recommend a 36 Regular.
i need short all in one winter overalls length 29 ?
    mary l on Aug 3, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Our Short size will be 28 inch inseam
Our Regular will be a 30 inch inseam
are there zippers on both the chest and legs? How far up do the leg zippers extend? How big are the zippers? Are the zippers made of metal or plastic? Thanks
    fred w on Feb 22, 2019
BEST ANSWER: Yes, there are leg zippers that go all the way up to the waist, and a center front sipper in the upper body. These are heavy duty metal zippers (# 10).
What is the inseam length on a REGULAR?
    A shopper on Feb 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The regular inseam is 30.
How long is inseam on the SHORT and the REGULAR?
    A shopper on Feb 20, 2019
BEST ANSWER: The short is 28, and the regular is 30.
Will these keep me warm in the Canadian -35C weather?
    Derek J on Feb 1, 2019
BEST ANSWER: These coveralls can definitely help... I've been using them when I fly my Paramotor in cold weather. I wear a "Pepper Skins" thermal layer under my clothes, and then a light jacket under the coveralls as well... My only criticism of the coveralls it that, because the legs are a little wide on me, wind blows up one of the pant legs while I'm sitting down & flying upwind, so I feel the breeze. This could probably be remedied with a velcro strap on the outside of my pant leg, or just another leg layer. Otherwise the coveralls work great. Easy on & off, even with my boots on.
Does this coverall have a draw cord at the waist?
    A shopper on Jan 26, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No, this style does not have a drawcord at the waist.
    Is this FR?
    A shopper on Jan 14, 2019
BEST ANSWER: No, it is not FR.
Bought 42 regular but inseam seems to short when I sit down on my tractor. I'm 6'2" with 34" waste and 32" inseam ... Would 40 talk or 42 talk be a better size?
    A shopper on Dec 25, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Similar issue here, 6'1", 36" waist, 32" inseam. I tried 40 Reg and 42 Reg, finally got 42 Tall and that was the right one for me. The reg sizes were difficult to get out of, but the 42 Tall gave me added crotch room that made it easier to get in and out of. Plus the Tall size also gave me added length to cover my legs down over all the upper part of my 8" boots, which was very nice for sitting in a cold deer blind for hours on end. The Reg size did not have enough length, they barely came to the top of my Red Wings. The tall size looks a little like marshmallow man on my lower legs, but that is a tiny price to pay for such a great coverall that keeps all of me cozy in the winter.
I'm going to the Arctic and will be outside most of the time? Will this keep me warm enough (-30F)?
    CoolCat on Dec 20, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I cannot comment on that temperature extreme as here in the Northeast of The United States it doesn’t get that cold. I will say, however, I use this suit mainly for plowing snow with an ATV and some limited shoveling. So you can figure air temps in the 20s plus whatever the wind would be between the normal breeze plus the ATV movement (slower speeds). Whenever I wear anything more than long underwear, I end up sweating. So in my case, this suit keeps me warm and is the warmest suit I have ever owned. I would use it for hunting as well, but lately that time of year here has been too warm for this suit. But if it were cold, like the old days, and sitting still, I would try the long underwear with jogging pants, T shirt, and sweatshirt and I think it’d be fine. Just be aware that depending on physical activity, age, and build it’s possible you’ll sweat quite a bit with this suit. Enjoy the Arctic!
    Is there wool in them?
    A shopper on Dec 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This will not have wool in them.
I will be using these while riding a tractor in winter. are the coveralls restrictive when seated?
    A shopper on Dec 13, 2018
BEST ANSWER: I wear mine while driving my F-150 so you should be fine while driving your tractor. I don’t feel that they are overly restrictive when seated in my truck. I’m sure getting the right size is key.
    I am 5’10 - 5’11 and 198 pounds what size do I need?

I wear an XL in my old coveralls that aren't Carhartt. I wear an XL shirt and pants 32x34 and I'm tall???what size do I get?
    A shopper on Dec 5, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Our sizes are based on chest and waist measurements. You are welcome to use our Size & Fit Guide with your measurements. Feel free to contact us if we can be of further assistance.
I want to use this for bass fishing in the colder months of the year. Will this work for riding in a boat at 60+ MPH and also to keep any splashing of water or light rain off of me? Also is it too bulking to be casting all day?
    Ryan V on Nov 29, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Bought my Yukon Xtrem coveralls for snow shoveling n blowing. The material is thick n stiff when new, very heavy duty n warm. You might check out a Yukon Xtrem jacket or bib overalls in a store to see if it’s too stiff for your intended use, but it works for me. Next step down would be the brown duck lined overalls. Yukon Xtrem says it’s water repellent, but have not tested it where actuall water from a boat setting present, suppose you could get some waterproof spray from local sporting goods store n further waterproof. Sizes run large I found and took a bit in Carhartt store to zero in on size. First suit ordered was huge. Bought the optional snap on hood. Hope this helps out, Yukon Xtrem overalls are super heavy duty n warm, and should loosen up w use.
What is the inseam of the garment supposed to be for a 42 tall? Mine only measures 30' and the top portion measures 35" from crotch point to top button.
    A shopper on Nov 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: The "tall" inseam should be 32 (with the possibility of a very small variance). Please contact us at 1 800 833 3118 if you need further assistance.
    I am 5 foot 10 , 275 pounds. I wear a 46 Waist x 30” leg In jeans. 54” in coat. What size would you recommend for me ?
    A shopper on Nov 15, 2018
BEST ANSWER: We would recommend a size 54 Regular.
Do you have anything smaller than a 34? I'm a skinny guy
    A shopper on Oct 21, 2018
BEST ANSWER: Sizing for this coverall goes by your chest measurement. So a size 34 would fit a chest measurement of 34 inches and a waist measurement of 28 inches.
Is this waterproof? Need something for heavy snow removal?
    Wayne B on Oct 7, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This garment is water repellent, but not water proof. Many people rely on this garment for working outside during the winter months.
What is the approximate shoulder to crotch measurement for 42 regular?
    A shopper on Oct 1, 2018
BEST ANSWER: It will be approximately 38 inches from the crotch to the shoulder on a size 42 Regular.

BEST ANSWER: We recommend home laundering using the following instructions: Machine wash cold with like colors, Do not bleach, Tumble dry no heat or drip dry, Do not iron
I know there is no temperature rating, but I am looking for something for -40C. How would this hold up?
    A shopper on Sep 27, 2018
BEST ANSWER: This garment features our Arctic Quilt lining (the warmest we offer) as well as a tough, water-repellent outer shell. Many people rely on it for very cold temperatures.
