Emergancy fix post surgery
I need to wear FR clothing for work, however, after having had surgery for colorectal cancer I found that jeans with a belt dug into me and actually made me bleed and broke my skin.
The bib overalls are great as I don't want to wear overalls. As I work in South East Utah and New Mexico company policy is that you have to wear jeans/trousers and long sleeve shirts under overalls. So I get to regulate/control my body temp easier during the summer, while also not having to deal with a belt.

I find the fit to be a bit loose, however, I find this roomy allowing me to move and flex. The length of the leg (30") is a bit long compared to other Carhartt clothes I own.

My only complaint, and it a small one, is that I use to hang a tool pouch off my belt. With not wearing a belt anymore I can't do that. I have not found a replacement loop or pocket on the overalls to hang this pouch from. Granted there are plenty of pockets and I just have to figure out a new distribution of my tools.

Tight CROTCH with SHORT straps
I work in the Oil and Gas Industry as well as volunteer as a first responder. These BIBs are made Tuff and last BUT the straps are WAY to short and do NOT give you enough room to snap them properly and still be comfortable IN THE CROTCH! As well as the hem coming loose after awhile. I am a huge carhartt fan and have been using there products since the 90's. I hope they correct the strap length which will alleviate the tight/High CROTCH. I can deal with the hem coming loose but bibs that make it tight in the CROTCH area is NOT pleasant. They need to offer embroidery! Come on carhartt!
Straps all the way out and still TIGHT in the CROTCH. They DO NOT stretch out after use. FRC WORKS!
Bottom of bibs that came aloose and fraying.

As always, great Carhartt product!
I work as a hydro excavator in Williston, North Dakota. Little about my size to better help with comparison. I’m 5’6” and weigh 145 lbs. I normally wear size 30/30. I went to a couple stores to buy some FR gear and as usual there was next to nothing in smaller sizes. Looked online for these bibs and found them in my size but was a little worried they would not fit right.
I received my new bibs (in a really awesome package). Tried them on and they fit great! The bibs have side zip legs which I didn’t know, but I’m glad they do.
I would recommend these to someone who needs sturdy, warm, FR outer gear.

Best purchase I’ve made in a while!
Perfect for almost any climate. Can wear a hoodie and sweats underneath in fall or winter and can wear a t-shirt and shorts underneath in summer or spring. Love the bib pockets on these even more than the classic Carhartt bib pockets. Will definitely be purchasing another pair.

Exactly what the job called for
Recommend this item for those FR required locations during the cold winter months. Worked outside on a jobsite all day in below freezing temps and stayed comfortable in these bibs. The job required FR gear and they lived up to the rugged and rigorous work I had to perform. Now if I could only find the right gloves.
