unpredictable timescan't change our purpose
Since 1889, Carhartt existed to serve and protect hardworking people. That's why we've temporarily closed our stores. But we’ve still got your back and our associates’ too. You can get all the gear you need right here, 24/7 and in the meantime, we will continue to compensate our associates so they can focus on what matters most during these uncertain times. So stay healthy. Keep busy. And don't forget to wash those calloused hands.SEE THE LATEST UPDATES >

    Storm Defender®

Storm Defender®, waterproof breathable technology, stops rain, but let’s sweat escape through a breathable membrane—so you can work through a storm.

BEST ANSWER: Definitely easy opening. Allows room for your wrist and sleeves in a thick jacket to move and bend freely. I absolutely love these gloves. Just washed these a few days ago and back using them in the oilfield. Had mine since October. Very nice insulation keeps hands warm and wont get as wet as regular leather gloves.
