Too small.
I love the new tag, but as others have said it's way too tight. I buy carhartt hats because they are the only beanie that fits my large noggin, but not this one. I'll have to stick with the old tag since this one is too small.

Too Tight
I have 4 other Carhartt Watch Caps and the fit is better and softer. This watch cap its too tight, not comfortable as my others Carhartt Watch Caps.

Does not fit
This hat looks awesome but is not for adults. It is extremely tight and now where near the size as my other watch hats. I thought it was just the one I received but other people are having the same problem.
