You'll find Rugged Flex® in shorts, shirts, pants, jackets, and boots because you need gear that helps you move, not gear that holds you back.
This shirt is the only FR I could find that fits me well. It did not shrink in the wash or the clothes dryer. I hike an average of 5 miles while at work. I can't wear it when the temperatures are over 90 degrees because it is made of heavy material. In the cooler temperatures, this is what I wear. The sleeves are too long; otherwise, I would give this shirt five stars.

Shrunk/no room for women
So disappointed. I ordered this FR shirt to replace an old one. The fabric and cut have changed dramatically. After the first wash (cold, no dry) this shirt shrunk to the point I could not even wear it. The fabric feels thinner. But the part that was most frustrating, is the change the cut. My old FR shirts have a beautiful women’s cut with small shoulders, room for the bust, and flaring at the hips with plenty of room. This new style might as well be a sausage casing. If feels like it’s made for a man. No hips and no bust. Just straight. In the last 6 months I’ve ordered a number of things from Carhartt and have had problems with quality control, change in design, and changing fabrics, and have had to return almost everything. As a woman who works in it in industrial environment, I don’t have a lot of choices. Hope Carhartt gets their act together soon since I always relied on them for quality workwear.
