Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Machine wash cold like colors. Do not bleach. Do not use hydrogen peroxide. Tumble dry low. Iron low heat. Do not use fabric softeners. Do not starch. May be dry cleaned.
