No woman sized high vision gear?

Where are the woman sizes?! I do heavy highway construction and a mens medium is WAY too big for me!! It’s hazardous to wear baggy or lose fitting close I could get hung up on something! Please make Womans sized high vis gear!!

Zipper lasted a few weeks

Zipper tab to grab, for zipping it up broke off within a few weeks. Too thin aslo, not worth the 80$ I paid for it!
