392 YEARS INTHE MAKING
392 YEARS IN THE MAKING
No, we didn't really break into our archives to make a t-shirt with a pint pocket. But we did make something else you've never seen before either... With the folks at Guinness we celebrate our two brands that have stood the test of time. This time around, we built a line of gear unlike anything the world has ever seen – reviving retro labels that once graced Guinness bottles all around the globe, and re-introducing them on classic Carhartt gear.
GUINNESS LABEL HISTORY
Back in the 19th and early 20th centuries, export bottlers of Guinness would create unique symbols to use on their labels, making them exclusive to their own region. These historic label logos haven't seen the light of day for ages...until now.
