  • I need help on finding a certain product

  • How can I check if a certain product is available (again)?

    On our website, Carhartt.com, we will have new products all the time. If you are looking for a specific product, please contact us by mail : customercare@carhartt.com or phone 01223 790199 and we are glad to help you with an indication of when your desired product will be available. If this product is not available, we can give you the best alternative.

  • Do you have kids styles?

    Carhartt offers a wide collection of clothes for Men, a smaller collection of Footwear and Women, accessories for both men & women. We don't offer a kids collection in Europe.

  • How can I make sure I order the right size?

    "We want to make sure you order the right size. Our styles usually run one size larger than Carhartt WIP. To help you find your size, please check the size and fit guides on the product pages. If you want to compare our sizes to other brands you love, please use Truefit to find your true size.

  • Can I cancel my order?

    We want you to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin processing it immediately after you place it. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to clicking the 'Place Order' button on checkout page.

  • Can I change my order?

  • Can I exchange a product?

    At this moment we cannot process exchanges. However, you can return your product for a refund and purchase a new item via our webshop.

  • Can I get discount?

    We do not offer discounts. If you would like to place a large order, we recommend reaching out to one of our (online) retailers, please check the 'find a retailer' section to find a store near you.

  • I did not receive an order confirmation.

    It can take some time before an order confirmation is sent to you. Usually it will be in your mailbox within an hour. Please also check your SPAM folder, if you cannot find the order confirmation there, we can check if your order has been placed successfully. We will not be able to help you by phone, please send us an email.

  • Do you sell or accept giftcards?

    At this moment we do not sell or accept gift cards.

  • Can I change my delivery address after I placed my order?

    Changing your delivery address after placing the order is not possible, however, we might be able to help you if you call us.

  • How can I track and trace my order?

    After you order leaves the warehouse, you will receive an email with the shipping details and tracking number(s) to follow the status of delivery.

    You also can log in to your account to view the order status, your tracking number is available in the order overview.

    If you checked out as a guest you can view your order status by logging in with your order number and your email address.

    When you click the tracking number you will be redirected to the website of the freight forwarder to view the status of delivery.

  • My order did not arrive yet and I think it might be lost

    You always check the status of delivery with the tracking number you have received when the goods were dispatched. Please call us if you have any questions about the delivery.

  • What are the shipping costs?

    Check the Shipping and Returns Policy for the Express delivery rates.

  • What are the shipping options?

    Carhartt offers Standard and Express shipping. Check the Shipping and Returns Policy to view the delivery time to your destination

  • What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

    This depends on the freight forwarder that is used in your country. Most freight forwarders will leave a note and come back the next day, or they deliver the package to the neighbours. If the parcel fits in the mailbox, it will be placed there in some countries.

  • How can I return a product?

    Please use the return form in your package and follow the instructions. If you have more questions or if you lost the return form, please call us.

  • What is your warranty policy?

    We are sorry to hear you are experiencing problems with our product. Please email us describing your complaint mentioning the style number, color code, size and your order number. Please include a picture of the defect and preferably a picture of the product label. We will get back to you as quickly as possible how to proceed with your claim.

  • How can I create an account?

    You can create an account by clicking 'my account' in the top menu. On that page a button is available to create an account. Simply follow the steps and enter your details. Altenatively, you can create an account after placing an order and checking out as a guest.

  • How can I remove my account?

    Please send an email to customer care, accounts can be closed by the Carhartt Customer Care Team.

  • How can I sign up for the newsletter?

    You can sign up for the newsletter by entering your email address in the form at the bottom of the page, or by checking the box for newsletter subscription during checkout or in your account

  • How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter?

    You can unsubscribe from newsletters by unchecking the subscription box in your account, or by clicking the button in the newsletter to change your email preferences/settings.

  • Can I pay with a debit card?

    Unfortunately we do not accept debit cards as a method of payment.

  • I forgot my password; what can I do?

    On the login page (click 'my account', you can reset your password by clicking the 'forgot password' link and answering the security question.

  • Can I get stickers?

    Stickers can be purchased online on this website.

  • How do I contact Carhartt?

  • How does Carhartt process my refund?

    We will refund you for your returned items using the same payment method you have used to pay for your order. For instance, if you paid for your order with PayPal, a refund will appear on you PayPal account as well.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    It takes a few business days before the credit note is available and the refund is processed.

  • What payment options do I have?

    We offer different payment options in different countries: credit card and PayPal are available in all countries.
