Metal clasp broke

I bought two of these last year and loved the style-they looked great on my two mini Labradoodles. Unfortunately, after about a year, the metal clasp on one broke. Luckily, my dog was just running to greet a friend and not into traffic. I'm pretty disappointed that it didn't hold up, because obviously safety is the number one concern.

Great Collar

This is my second Carhartt collar and it is a little wider than the first one I purchased. I recently contacted customer service; and they were very responsive and stood by their product!
