Measure the fullest part of your bust, keeping the measuring tape parallel to the floor.

Natural Waist:

Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Hips:

Measure the fullest part of your hips, approximately 8” below the natural waist.

Not an actual rain jacket
Jacket is cute, but it is Just a wind breaker, NOT a rain defender. I specifically got this for the rain days and this does nothing against the rain, if anything the material absorbs it. I was absolutely drenched in my regular clothes underneath this. The hood is also made very small and i constantly have to pull it forward to keep my face covered. Im really disappointed in this product so for its designed purpose, my review is low and no.

Like it!
So far so good, I live in New York State, where apparently it rings six days out of seven, and so far is kept me dry. The fit is good. I like to have the extra room.
