Bend side to side and find the natural bend in your body; this is your natural waist. Note: It may not be the smallest point.

Very good material, warm, super quality! Would definitely recommend buying it! It’s super for layering in cold weather and looks stylish as well. For women the sizes are larger than normal so if you don’t like an oversized fit, buy one size smaller.
