  • What is the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program?

    The Groundbreakers Loyalty Program was established to reward our most loyal and hardworking consumers like you. For every $1.00 spent on qualifying purchases at Carhartt.com or a Carhartt Company Store, you will receive five (5) loyalty points. Participants can also receive points by participating in various activities found on your Activities page

  • How does the program work?

    Loyalty participants receive points on qualifying purchases made at Carhartt.com and at Carhartt Company Stores. Participants can also receive points by participating in various activities like completing your profile, giving product reviews, and social media check-ins. As an added benefit, loyalty participants receive free shipping on orders of $75.00 or more (only available in the contiguous United States). As a Groundbreakers Loyalty participant, you have a dedicated customer service line at 800.794.0692, available Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. EST.   • How can I join?

    You can join the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program by signing up online here, or by visiting a Carhartt Company Store. You can also sign up to be a loyalty participant when you create your Carhartt.com account. Participants must be eighteen (18) years or older to join the program. The program is only available to residents of the United States and Canada.

  • How do I receive points?

    Participants are able to receive points on purchases made at Carhartt.com and at a Carhartt Company Store, as well as by participating in various activities. For more details on the program, please visit the About page.

  • Do I need to have a Cahartt.com account to be a participant?

    Yes. You will need to create a Carhartt.com account in order to receive points for qualifying purchases, view your profile and redeem your points. You can sign up to be a loyalty participant at a Carhartt Company Store; however, you will still need a Carhartt.com account to receive points and redeem points.

  • What is the difference between a Carhartt Buck and a Carhartt Gift Card?

    A Carhartt Buck is an electronic coupon with a one-time use code that can be spent at Carhartt.com or a Carhartt Company Store. Carhartt Bucks expire sixty (60) days from issue date, cannot be split or combined with any other coupon or Carhartt Buck. You must make a purchase greater than $0.01 over the total value of Carhartt Buck in order to redeem it at checkout or online. Carhartt Bucks can only be downloaded once. A Carhartt Gift Card is a one-time download electronic gift card that can be used multiple times. Carhartt Gift Cards do not expire and can used at Carhartt.com or at a Carhartt Company Store.   • What counts as a qualifying purchase?

    Purchases made at Carhartt.com or a Carhartt Company Store are considered qualifying purchases, subject to certain exclusions. Bulk or wholesale purchases made with other discounts and/or special pricing do not qualify for loyalty points. Gift card purchases, sales tax and shipping costs do not qualify for loyalty points.

  • Can I share my loyalty account with others?

    No. Participation is on an individual basis and points are non-transferable.

  • Will I get a physical loyalty program card?

    You will not receive a physical card. However, you can access your account at any time at Carhartt.com or by visiting a Carhartt Company Store associate, who can look up your account with the email address you used when signing up for the program.

  • If I am a current Frequent Shopper Rewards participant, am I automatically enrolled in the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program?

    You are not automatically enrolled in the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program. To enroll in the program, click here. If you already have a Carhartt.com account, simply log in to your account and check the box for enrollment found on your participant Profile page.

  • Can I transfer my current Frequent Shopper Rewards program to the new program?

    Existing Frequent Shopper Program (FSP) participants can migrate their existing FSP points into the new Groundbreakers Loyalty Program from July 12, 2017 to August 30, 2017. When converted, for every one (1) FSP point you have earned, you will receive 250 Groundbreaker Loyalty Program points.

  • How can I receive points?

    For every qualifying purchase you make at Carhartt.com or at a Carhartt Company Store, you will receive five (5) loyalty points for every $1.00 spent. You can redeem your points for merchandise, Carhartt Bucks and Gift Cards.

  • Where can I receive points?

    Participants can receive points on qualifying purchases made through Carhartt.com or at a Carhartt Company Store, subject to certain exclusions.

  • When will my points show up on my account?

    In most instances, your points should be available on your Carhartt.com profile within forty-eight (48) hours from purchase. However, it may take up to ten (10) business days for points from eligible purchases to post to your Groundbreakers Loyalty Program account.

  • How will I be notified when I have enough points to redeem?

    You can check the points in your account anytime on the participant Profile page on Carhartt.com, at a Carhartt Company Store, or by calling Customer Service at 800.794.0692.

  • Do my points expire?

    If you continue to make a qualifying purchases under your loyalty account, your points will continue to accumulate and will not expire. However, if you do not make a qualifying purchase within two (2) years, Carhartt reserves the right to cancel your account and any unused points will not be able to be redeemed. It is your responsibility to monitor your loyalty account and points status.

  • Do I have to be logged into my Groundbreakers Loyalty Program to receive rewards?

    Yes. If you are purchasing product on Carhartt.com, you must be logged into your account that is connected to your Groundbreakers Loyalty participation in order to receive points for a qualifying purchase. If you are purchasing product at a Carhartt Company Store or through Customer Service, you must inform the associate at the time of sale that you are a loyalty participant to ensure your points are properly tracked with a qualifying purchase.

  • Can I receive points at a Carhartt retail partner?

    At this time, participants cannot receive points through Carhartt retail partners.

  • Will there be new rewards and activities available?

    New rewards and activities will be added to the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program periodically. Please check the loyalty site for program updates.

  • Can I receive points on purchases prior to enrollment?

    No. You cannot receive points on purchases made prior to your enrollment in the program.

  • What type of rewards can I redeem for my points?

    The catalog of rewards is listed on the Rewards page. Points can be redeemed for Carhartt Bucks, Gift Cards, merchandise and more!

  • How do I redeem my points?

    Click the Rewards button on the account profile page to shop for rewards. Choose the reward you would like to redeem. The platform will walk you through the process to getting your reward.

  • How many rewards can I redeem at once?

    You can redeem as many rewards that you are able to obtain with your current point balance.

  • Will I pay for shipping on a reward merchandise that I obtained with my points?

    You will not pay for the shipping cost of a reward merchandise you obtained with your points if the item is shipped within the contiguous United States.

  • Is it possible for point to be deducted from my account?

    Points can be removed from your account based on returned purchases or incomplete activities.

  • Can I transfer my points to another participant?

    You cannot transfer your loyalty points to another loyalty participant or person who is not a participant. Loyalty points are non-transferable.

  • Can I return a reward I redeemed?

    Generally, you cannot return a reward. However, if there is a manufacturer’s defect with that rewards, please contact the Groundbreakers Loyalty Program Customer Service line at 800.794.0692 or email us at Just_Ask_Us@Carhartt.com for assistance.

  • Will I get change back from a Carhartt Buck?

    You will not get change back from Carhartt Bucks that you redeem when making a purchase. You must make a purchase greater than $0.01 over the total value of Carhartt Buck in order to redeem it at checkout or online.

  • Can I receive points via social media?

    Currently, you can receive points for activities like checking into a Carhartt Company Store on Facebook or leaving a store review on Yelp. For more details on these activities, visit the Activity page. When visiting a Carhartt Company Store, please see a sales associate for the Facebook check-in process.

  • When will my points show up after I make a product review?

    Generally, your points will show up on your account within forty-eight (48) hours of making your review. However, it may take up to ten (10) business days for points from eligible purchases to post to your Groundbreakers Loyalty Program account.

  • Can I still receive points if I already gave a review in the past?

    You cannot receive points on any past reviews made prior to joining the program. However, we encourage you to create another product review to receive your activity points.

  • What if I lost my username and password?
