For all our hardworking friends, we’re happy to now be able to offer three ways of shopping at select Carhartt locations: Social distance shopping, appointment based shopping, and curbside pick-up. To learn about our social distance shopping protocols, place a curbside pick-up order or schedule a 1-to-1 appointment to shop your local Carhartt, please follow the guidelines below.
SOCIAL DISTANCE SHOPPING GUIDELINES
We’re excited to announce we’ve re-opened select Carhartt locations for social distance shopping. To keep our friends and associates safe we’re practicing the following social distance protocols at all of our Carhartt stores:
A face mask/cover must be worn at all times while in the store.
Hand sanitizer and gloves are available.
All areas of the store are regularly cleaned and disinfected.
Payment can only be completed with a credit card or gift card (No cash).
We’re unable to process returns through our stores at the moment, but you can contact Customer Service (1-800-833-3118) to initiate a return.
We’re operating at a limited capacity and there may be a wait to enter the store at peak times of the day.
If you feel sick, please stay home.

HOW TO PLACE A CURBSIDE PICK-UP ORDER:
Find a participating Carhartt Company Store near you using the store listings at the bottom of
Call the store to place your order with a Carhartt associate
Complete your order and set your pick-up time
Pull up, park, and call the store to let them know you’re here for your gear. Tell them your
name, the kind of vehicle you’re driving, and order reference number.
An associate will process a credit card payment over the phone and bring out your gear
HOW TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT
Find a participating Carhartt Company Store near you using the store listings at the bottom of the page
Call the store and let an associate know you’re interested in a 1-to-1 shopping appointment
Select either a virtual shopping appointment or an in-person appointment
Our associate will help you reserve the time slot that works best for you
Once you’re on the schedule an associate will follow up with a confirmation email providing the date and time you selected
Put us to work
Provide your sizing information when you book your appointment and our associates will prepare a fitting room with hardworking gear, fit for you.

CURBSIDE PICK-UP AND APPOINTMENT SHOPPING GUIDELINES
At this time, appointments will be reserved 1 group at a time, with a maximum of 4 people per group.
Appointments must be booked in advance adhering to the daily appointments timeframe at each location (see store hours below).
Fitting rooms are cleaned after each use. Any gear that is tried on but not purchased will be steamed and quarantined for 24 hours.
If you are visiting us for curbside pick-up, please have photo ID ready for our store associate when they approach your vehicle.
If you’re unable to make your appointment or curbside pick-up, please call your store to reschedule.
If we don’t hear from you within 24 hours, we’ll reach out to either reschedule or potentially ship the product to you.
