Team Rubicon’s primary mission is providing disaster relief to those affected by natural disasters, be they domestic or international. By pairing the skills and experiences of military veterans with first responders, medical professionals, and technology solutions, Team Rubicon aims to provide the greatest service and impact possible.
Through continued service, Team Rubicon seeks to provide our veterans with three things they lose after leaving the military: a purpose, gained through disaster relief; community, built by serving with others; and identity, from recognizing the impact one individual can make. Coupled with leadership development and other opportunities, Team Rubicon looks to help veterans transition from military to civilian life.
Carhartt has been a National Sponsor for the FFA since 1997. Proudly sponsoring the Home & Community Development Proficiency Award, Carhartt recognizes improvement of the home, farm or community through beautifying, modernizing, sanitizing or creating labor saving devices.
The National FFA Organization is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of students by developing their potential for premier leadership, personal growth and career success through agricultural education. There are over 650,000 FFA members, aged 12-21, in more than 8,500 chapters in the U.S., Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

Helmets to Hardhats
Carhartt became a proud supporter of Helmets to Hardhats in 2014. Helmets to Hardhats is a national, nonprofit program that connects retired and transitioning active-duty military service members with skilled training and quality career opportunities in the construction industry. The program is designed to help military service members successfully transition back into civilian life by offering them the means to secure a quality career in the building and construction trade industry.
Since 2000, Carhartt has been recognized as an Official Sponsor of SkillsUSA. SkillsUSA prepares America's high performance workers, and provides quality education experiences for students in leadership, teamwork, citizenship and character development. It builds and reinforces self-confidence, work attitudes and communication skills. It emphasizes total quality at work, high ethical standards, superior work skills, life-long education and pride in the dignity of work. In 2011, Carhartt Twill Workwear became the official uniform for many of the competitions at the SkillsUSA Championships.
Union Sportsmen's Alliance
As a non-profit, conservation organization, the Union Sportsmen's Alliance (USA) is working to unite the more than six million AFL-CIO union members that hunt, fish, shoot and recreate outdoors into one community with a shared commitment to educate future generations of sportsmen, conserve healthy wildlife habitat and volunteer their time and skills for projects that improve access to quality places to enjoy the outdoors. Together, we will preserve North America’s outdoor heritage.
