Changing Shipping Information After You Place Your Order

We're sorry, shipping information cannot be changed once you submit your order. We process orders very quickly, and once an order begins the fulfillment process we're unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience, and we hope that in the majority of cases our faster processing times work to your advantage.

Returns


If you are not happy with your Carhartt purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags.

Include the Carhartt Return Copy in your package to help us process your return. We only accept returns from purchases made on Carhartt.com. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return - USA

Follow these steps using the UPS Ground Shipping Document:

1. On the Carhartt Return Copy that came with the original package, circle or highlight which items you will be returning
2. Also on the Carhartt Return Copy, choose a Reason Code (from the list below) and write this code in the Reason Code column to the left of the product you are returning.

3. Place the Carhartt Return Copy inside the package.
4. Fill out Section 1 "Shipper Form" on the UPS Ground Shipping Document found in your original package. Please include the purchaser name, telephone number, street address, city, and state in order to complete this section.
5. Complete Section 10: "Shipper's Signature".
6. Once you have completed these two sections, place the form into the clear plastic UPS envelope, remove the adhesive backing, and place it securely on the front of the package you are going to be shipping back to us.

Lost your original packing slip? Follow these steps:

1. Please include a note in the package letting us know what product you are returning and why you are returning the product.
2. Also include the original order number. The order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment e-mail or though the Order History section in 'My Account' on Carhartt.com.
3. Along with the note and the original order number, please indicate the purchaser's name, telephone number, street address, city, and state.
4. Mail your return to:

(If you are using the original packaging, please make sure you place a new label with this address over the original shipping label on your package.)
5. For your protection, be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Carhartt cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable.

- We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
- All refunds will be credited in the payment form used for the original purchase.

How to Make a Return - Canada

1. Fill out the Carhartt Return Copy found in the middle section of your packing slip. Circle the    item(s) that you're returning and enter a reason code (see codes below) in the designated    column. Place the Carhartt Return Copy in your return package. If you do not have your    original packing slip, include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please    include the order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number. The order    number can be found in your confirmation/shipment e-mail or through Order Status in 'My    Carhartt on Carhartt.com.

2. Complete the Commercial Invoice.
   a. Fill in today's date in the date field.
   b. Fill in the items you are returning in the item column.**
   c. Fill in the item description in the description of item column.**
   d. Fill in the quantity being returned in the quantity column.
   e. Fill in the unit price of the item in the price column.**
   f. Multiply the return quantity by the price to calculate the total being returned. Enter the value       in the total field.
   g. Fill in the 'Made in' country in the origin field. The information can be found on the tag inside       the item.
   h. Add all values in the quantity column to calculate the total items being returned. Enter this       value on the line marked Total of Item in the quantity column.
   i. Add all values in the Total column to calculate the total price of items being returned. Enter       this value on the line marked Grand Total in the total column.
   j. Place the Commercial invoice in the clear pouch and affix it to the package.

**The item number, description, and price can be found on your packing slip, in your shipment e-mail, or through Order Status in 'My Carhartt' on Carhartt.com

3. Affix the mailing label found in your package. Make sure you place the label over the original shipping label on your package. Fill in the Shipper section of the return label. Enter your name, address, and telephone number. Carhartt cannot provide credit for packages lost during return shipment if proof of delivery is unavailable. Purolator will bill you for the cost to return the shipment

4. Bring your package to the nearest Puralotor facility. Locate a Purolator service location near you.

5. If you choose not use the enclosed return label, mail your return to:

Security: Watching It Work
