If you are not happy with your Carhartt purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. We do not accept exchanges at this time. You may return your purchase within 60 days of your original order. Items being returned must be in their original condition with the tags.
Include the Carhartt Return Copy in your package to help us process your return. We only accept returns from purchases made on Carhartt.com. Please allow up to 2 billing cycles for your credit to appear. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
How to Make a Return - USA
1. Fill out the Carhartt Return Copy found in the middle section of your packing slip. Circle the item(s) that you're returning and enter a reason code (see codes below) in the designated column. Place the Carhartt Return Copy in your return package. If you do not have your original packing slip, include a note letting us know why you're returning the product. Please include the order number, purchaser name, address, and telephone number. The order number can be found in your confirmation/shipment e-mail or through Order Status in 'My Carhartt' on Carhartt.com.

Your card is charged when your order ships. If items on the order ship separately your credit card will only be charged for the items that have shipped.
Promotional Offers
You'll be able to enter the promotional code as you check out, prior to entering your credit card information. Please note, we allow only one promotional offer per order. Also, a promotional code you enter manually at checkout will override any promotion associated with an online advertisement. Using IBM's e-business software, in conjunction with features built into popular browser software, our site provides advanced security for your online purchases. The following section describes how the secure order process works, from start to finish.
1. Starting Your Order
Every purchase at carhartt.com is secure, and clicking a Checkout button on the Shopping Bag page is all it takes to get started. The security features are automatic; you don't need to do anything special to invoke them.
2. Entering Secure Mode
Next, your computer and our server begin communicating in secure mode, sending data back and forth in an encrypted format.
At this point you may see a window, which some browsers display when you are about to receive a secure document. It's fine to click "OK" (or "Continue") to proceed - it simply means that you will begin receiving pages in a highly secure encrypted format.
After your browser has entered secure mode, we'll ask you to enter, or if you're using Quick Checkout, to confirm, your credit card information. Start by visiting our 30-Day Wear Guarantee page and filling out the return form. We will send you a prepaid shipping label through email or U.S. mail. After receiving your prepaid shipping label, send your garment to us and let us know why you are returning it. We will issue your refund by check within 60 days of receiving the product.
