I bought this in their Detroit store earlier this week. I noticed that I barely sweat when outside in the heat and wasn't cold inside either. It did a pretty good job balancing my body heat. I've bought shirts of similar quality from other brands and paid $80. At only $40, this shirt is a steal.
I picked up (3) three of these shirts just about 3-4 months ago now. I wear them when I do inspections as a property damage adjuster. I'm only in the field 2-3 days per week, so that's roughly wearing each shirt 12-16 times. Obviously, they get washed on a regular, since I'm usually outside sweating in them. All three have noticeable fabric pilling. Extensive pilling. For a $40 polo, especially branding the Carhartt name, I simply didn't expect to have this kind of poor quality fabric. I'll certainly telling you that I'm not spending another $120.00 to replace them. I'm bummed, I really wanted to love these shirts. If someone from customer service wants to reach out to me, I'd be happy to discuss my opinion.
