I wore three of these all winter long and have found them to be the best long sleeve shirt I have ever owned.
I am 6'2" tall, 200 lbs, and like my shirts to be long enough to tuck them into pants and STAY tucked in.
The Tall Large fit the bill perfectly.
My ONLY complaint might be that the heather grey color seems to show the dinginess of regular wear more than the other colors (black and moss). I suppose that will vary depending on how much you sweat.
If you like sleeves with cuffs, then purchase shirts that have sleeves with cuffs. For this shirt, Carhartt should LEAVE THE SLEEVES ALONE! There are many other shirts with cuffs for consumers.
Was a fan of the regular force tshirt. Picked up the long sleeve as it is starting to get colder. It is just as comfortable as the short sleeve feel and made of the same material and quality. I like how the sleeves are relaxed on the wrists, but that is personal preference. They still roll up very nicely and feel good in both styles.
This is the only type of shirt I wear in the 100° + summer days climbing utility poles . It keeps the sun from burning your skin, while wicking away sweat so you're not overheating or a soggy mess. The shirt is also pretty durable even though it is really light. I would definitely recommend this shirt to someone who works out in the great outdoors. Be safe.
For me it is about sizing typically. The look and feel are what you'd expect from Carhartt. So I'm going to recommend the shirt strongly and then talk about sizing. I'm 5'11" 193 lbs and this shirt fits like a glove, I bought an XL. So if you can guess your size correctly you are going to really like this shirt. No-brainer. PS gave durability four stars because how can you know after a month of wearing.
this is o e of the most comfortable shirts I have ever owned. They fit a little large but that's fine with me because I can still wash them and have some room left over. The material is real nice and smooth. I will be planning on getting more in the future.
I love this shirt, good fit, good feel, good material, however I wish the orange was the "bright orange" hi-vis, and that there were elastic cuffs on the sleeve. I don't like the Force long sleeve hi-vis shirts because they are "birds eye knits" and don't lost long, but I don't like not having an elastic cuff.
Just wish they wold fix the cuffs and the color, or make the Force hi-vis "jersey knit"
