Convoy of Hope: Founded in 1994 by the Donaldson family, this nonprofit organization’s mission is to feed the world through children’s feeding initiatives, community outreaches and disaster response. Today, more than 70 million people have been served throughout the world by Convoy of Hope. Carhartt has supported Convoy of Hope’s charitable efforts since 2015.

Helmets to Hardhats: Carhartt became a proud supporter of Helmets to Hardhats in 2014. Helmets to Hardhats is a national, nonprofit program that connects retired and transitioning active-duty military service members with skilled training and quality career opportunities in the construction industry. The program is designed to help military service members successfully transition back into civilian life by providing them the means to secure a quality career in the building and construction trade industry.

SkillsUSA: Since 2000, Carhartt has been recognized as an official partner of SkillsUSA. SkillsUSA prepares America’s high-performance workers and provides quality education experiences for students in leadership, teamwork, citizenship, and character development. It builds and reinforces self-confidence, work attitudes, and communication skills. It emphasizes total quality at work, high ethical standards, superior work skills, life-long education, and pride in the dignity of work.

FFA: Carhartt has been a national partner of the national FFA organization since 1997. Union Sportsmen’s Alliance: As a nonprofit, conservation organization, the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance is working to unite the more than six million AFL-CIO union members that hunt, fish, shoot, and recreate outdoors into one community with a shared commitment to educate future generations of sportsmen, conserve healthy wildlife habitat and volunteer their time and skills for projects that improve access to quality public places to enjoy the outdoors.

One Warm Coat: Since 1992, One Warm Coat has been working to provide a free, warm coat to any person in need, and raising awareness of the vital need for warm coats. Through their coat drive program, One Warm Coat supports individuals, groups, companies and organizations across the United States by providing the tools and resources needed to hold a successful coat drive. Coats are distributed in the communities where they were collected, to any person in need, without charge, discrimination or obligation. One Warm Coat has worked with its volunteers to give away nearly 5 million coats over the past 24 years.

Our 30 Carhartt Company Stores—from Maine to Washington—have partnered with One Warm Coat for a second year in a row and are eager to give warmth to those in our communities. In 2015, as a retail chain, Carhartt collected upwards of 3,000 coats. This year, our goal is to triple that.
